Visit of representatives of “prEUgovora”

Office of Transparency International the Croatian wasa visited by representatives "prEUgovora" from Serbia coalition, founded last year, which brings together civil society organizations that carry out independent monitoring of the implementation of public policies in the field of negotiations on the accession of Serbia to the EU, with an emphasis on Chapter 23 (Judiciary and Fundamental Rights ) and 24 (freedom, national security, justice).

Coalition "prEUgovor" is formed of ASTRA – Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (ASTRA), Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCBP), Group 484, Center for Investigative Reporting Serbia (cinsi), Center for Applied European Studies (CPES), Transparency Serbia (TS) and autonomous Women's Center (AWC). The mission of the coalition is to propose measures to improve the situation in the areas being negotiated, using the EU integration process to achieve substantial progress in the further democratization of Serbia. Transparency International Croatia shared with guests considerable experience in monitoring the negotiation process between the Croatian and the European Union.
