Nobel Peace Prize

Pakistani 16 year old girl Malala Yousafzai, Indian fighter for the rights of the children  Kailash Satyarthi are this year's joint winners of the Nobel Peace Prize, announced on Friday in Oslo Norwegian Nobel Committee. 

Awarded for its fight against the oppression of children and young people and for ensuring that all children have the right to education. 

This decision is important to draw attention to the importance of education, but also the vulnerability of the human rights of many children around the world.
