Loans of HBOR… who get it?

Transparency International Croatia is backing the intiative of the Minister of enterpreneurship and craft, Gordan Maras, to publish a list of the beneficiaries of the credits granted by the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

"Enough of the intransparency in the giving of CBRD credits! That is why we are asking for a publication of the users of CBRD credits and a strict supervision of the work done by the institution. It's an institution which manages too much with the taxpayers' money, and the citizens do not even know to whom and under which terms the credits of CBDR are given. That kind of practice must belong to the past.", Davorka Budimir, president of the TIC, pointed out.
