Interview with TIC president for Vecernji list

'Corruption is not left nor right. We can't say that the current government is not working on a fight against corruption, but changes can't be made over a night. The longer term results of some of their moves remain to be seen. The government put the fight against corruption as a part of their programme in the Plan 21, and is working on it, but we still can't see the real progress. Croatia has good laws, forced by EU, but their implementation and regulation requires a longer period. From head position in TIC, I can say that it is the right time for changes, not just the ruling elites, but also the behavior of the citizens themselves.'
