A legal pioneer and law reformer, as long-time Board Member and current Vice President of Transparency International, immediate past President of AmCham and Expert Advisor on the Parliamentary Legislative Committee and Founder and President of the Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce, Don has not only achieved changes to laws but also the way in which laws are made by implementing a consultative process.
