Transparency International Croatia will hold a conference entitled, "Integrity Pacts – Preventing fraud in public procurement through civil society oversight mechanisms<\/strong>", in Zagreb on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, as part of the first phase<\/a> of a joint-project between the TI-Secretariat and European Commission.<\/p>\n

The conference is intended for those using ESI Funds, investors, public authorities and associations. Simultaneous English\/Croatian translation will be provided.<\/p>\n

The experience and best practices of other chapters in implementing integrity pacts in their home country will be presented, as well as how this tool enables the prevention of corruption risks from the tendering cycle to the completion of the project.<\/p>\n

TI-Croatia's newest publications translated into Croatian (English editions are available upon request), The Integrity Pacts Handbook<\/strong><\/em> and Transparency in the private sector<\/em><\/strong>, <\/em>will also be introduced.<\/p>\n
