It has for objectives an improvement of the welfare system, the education, a development of the green economy and the protection of natural resources. However, this strategy is&nbsp;becoming more and&nbsp;more&nbsp;questionable every day&nbsp;because it has for consequence a limitation of the investments in the public sphere as it is dictated by a powerful politicy of saving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The attempt to&nbsp;pull out the&nbsp;recession is&nbsp;based on a policy of savings, mainly on the south and east of Europe. It resulted from it an&nbsp;escalation of divisions in society, an increase&nbsp;of the poverty and an erosion of the&nbsp;public sector without expected economic recovery, especially in rural areas.
