It has been emphasized by&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.opengovpartnership.org\/country\/croatia\/comment-report\/irm-comments-croatia-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Partnership for open government<\/a> whose&nbsp;Transparency International Croatia is a member.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partnership for open government is a voluntary international initiative whose aim is to oblige governments&nbsp;to promote&nbsp;transparency, the fight against corruption and the&nbsp;use of&nbsp;new technologies to enhance the administration. Indepentent mechanism of reporting brings a &nbsp;two- year review of activities of each country&nbsp;participating to Partnership for open government.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the past two years Croatia has developed a very ambitious plan of acting which includes all obligations and activities clearly connected to values of POV, but&nbsp; their successful implementation is neccessary. Government must create a &nbsp;clear strategy to know&nbsp;how reaching specific targeted audience with the values of POV.
