That is why we are asking for a publication of the users of CBRD credits and a strict supervision of the work&nbsp;done by&nbsp;the institution. It&#39;s&nbsp;an institution which manages too much&nbsp;with the taxpayers&#39; money,&nbsp;and the citizens do not even&nbsp;know to whom and under which terms the credits of CBDR are given.
