Prof. Dr.Sc. Livia Kardum has been a member of TIH since 2009. and a member of the Board of Directors from 26.12. 2011. year. She was born in 1951. in Zagreb, where she finished her education. She received her master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb and a master’s degree in political science. She received her doctorate at the Faculty of Political Sciences, where she is employed as a full-time professor in the courses of world political history of the 20th century and history of diplomacy.


Dr.sc. Rosana Lucijetić member of TIH from 2002. year, and in the Board of Directors from 3. 4. 2014. year. She graduated in political science from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Zagreb in 1983, where she graduated in 2007. in 2008, she received her doctorate with the title of her doctoral dissertation “Suppression of political corruption: European standards and national policy“. She is the author of a number of scientific and professional works on the prevention and suppression of corruption, which, along with civil society and administration, is the fundamental area of ​​her scientific interest. She worked as a journalist, head of the Mayor’s Cabinet, head of the Administrative Department. He is currently working as a Senior Lecturer at the Technical College in Pula on the specialist diploma course “Creative Management in Processes“.

The Court of Honor is an independent body of the association. The Court of Honor consists of 3 members of the association elected by the majority of the votes of the members present in the Assembly by secret ballot. Members of the Court of Honor may not be in other bodies of the association. The Court of Honor examines the circumstances of the exclusion of individual members of the association from the membership of the association provided for in Article 19. of the Statute. The decision of the Court of Honor is made by a majority vote of its members. The decision of the Court of Honor is implemented by the Board of Directors. The mandate of members of the Court of Honor lasts 3 years. An appeal against the decision of the Court of Honor is allowed to the Assembly of the association within 15 days from the receipt of the decision. The Assembly decides on the objection at its first following session.
